Before finally making it to the streaming platform, Megan became a blockbuster in cinemas. He is not it is difficult to understand why. Gerard Johnston’s horror film is swarmed, so that an aura of horror seems to inhabit our homes.

A concerned neighbor walks his dog, who has recently gone missing. When we find out what happened to the dog and who it was, there’s nothing shocking, but there’s a palpable real fear that can’t be explained in any cinematic sense. But it is there. We can feel it.
It all starts when little Cady’s parents die in a car accident. Cady now has to be left with a frozen upper lip Aunt Gemma (Alison Williams, a working woman who is not strong enough in her difficult part, faces a demonic domestic crisis). Interestingly, Gemma is involved in making toys.
Aunt Gemma, who is more into computer research than a grieving niece, brings home a human-sized doll that responds when the boy talks to it.
The rest is tentatively on track. However, it feels like something out of the usual horror tropes we have never seen before. Full marks to the actress who plays Megan’s death doll. Amy Donald seems so human, but she’s so cool otherworldlyhe seems to belong to another time and space and is still fate’s most feared ally.
The film moves in a hurry as if running out of time. Once the evil underbelly of Megan’s personality was revealed, I found the corpses piling up too quickly. There’s a distinct difference in pace and rhythm between the earlier and later parts of the story, which seems like it’s all planned out, which it probably is.
For the time being Megan it would be an understatement to say it’s a humorous, horror comedy. Despite its all-over sheen – this is a highly polished product – Megan aims to make a statement about loneliness, companionship, loyalty and possession. He kills it with his great stories.
There is never a moment to think in Chucky-Samantha (from the movie His) forward. Megan is a much more complicated job than the title suggests. We know that the terror-doll theme was killed. But the doll here touches her person companions Alone with such subtle tenderness, we wondered if he was really as evil as he was portrayed. Maybe Megan 2 It answers questions that the film doesn’t have the time or patience for.
