Our opinion: LSU has gained steam now that it is a 15-point favorite, but we are still confident with the Tigers to cover considering how much of an advantage they have over a Purdue team that has a tumultuous month leading up to this tournament.
LSU has a solid frontcourt with head coach Brian Kelly having a lot of success in his first season, and the Tigers’ offense is set to put up points in bunches with Jayden Daniels at the plate.
The Tigers defense can add to the offense with Purdue having starters on offense where Drew Brees can’t make a difference for them to score.

TULAN IN THE COVER
The game: Cotton Bowl, Tulane (+2.5) over USC
The options/connections are: -110 ($11 to win $10)

Our opinion: The Cotton Bowl betting line is tighter than the Citrus Bowl, with Tulane being a slight underdog for weeks now as USC Heisman quarterback Caleb Williams says he will play.
The lack of line movement is a telltale sign in my opinion, as it tells me that Williams is not fit and may not be his usual self if he plays with the mindset of being more wide open. of the line if the perpetrators are trustworthy. in it is 100 percent.
We’re going with Tulane to cover, as they have the running game to put up points on USC’s weak defense, and their defense is strong enough to keep them in the game even when outplayed. Williams is better than me. think
